Very Important: WRITE AptSeek on the rental application, gust card or any other paperwork that has the question How did you find us or something similar, even if you call the property, please let them know that you found them with the help of an Apartment locator AptSeek.

You can print out the guest card from our site and simply give that to the leasing agent at the property. These steps are essential for the rant rebate.

A. Rent Rebate amounts can vary from one rental property to another. Feel free to call or email your apartment locator and ask for every rental apartment what is the corresponding Rent Rebate.

Q. How do I get my Rent Rebate?

A. The Rent Rebate vary depending on the apartment complex of your choice and ranges from $50 to $500. All reward are given as a $50 VISA Gift Card and other gift card of your choice. The most common Rent Rebate is of VISA Gift Card. You receive your Rent Rebate in the mail, we send it to your new address provided to us in the Rent Rebate form you have to fill out and email to us.

Q. When do I receive my Rent Rebate?

A. You will receive your Rent Rebate once we have confirmed that you have signed your lease and listed AptSeek as your referral. We have to wait till your actual move in so we can send you the Visa Gift Card. 3 business days after your move in your will receive a confirmation email of your rent rebate, and your VISA Gift Card will follow four to eight weeks after you have moved in to your new rental apartment.
